Two candidates will vye for a seat on Yarmouth municipal council.
A by-election is taking place to fill the District 7 seat, vacated by Yarmouth MLA Nick Hilton.
The two candidates are Trevor Perry and Charles MacIsaac.
The by-election will be held on Saturday, March 1.
It’s being conducted through e-voting, advance polls are happening on February 20 and 25.
District 7 covers areas from the Greenville Road to Chebogue Point.
