A boost for those trying to recruit and retain healthcare workers.
The province says communities can now apply for up to $100,000 through a recruitment fund.
The fund is now open for applications, 58 applicants were successful the first two years.
It’s for things like career fairs, recruitment videos, mentorship and more.
Health Minister Michelle Thompson says it’s been inspiring to see the results.
Priority will be given to projects that support social and cultural needs of international workers and equity supports.
