You can get ‘active’ in Yarmouth’s recreation future.
The Municipality of Yarmouth is working on a new active transportation plan.
They’ve got an online survey out, along with an interactive map, asking what improvements can be made for routes.
Active transportation means walking, running cycling and more.
The municipality says they’re looking at multi-use path development, adding paved shoulders to roads and more.
Open houses are coming up Wednesday at Mariners Centre, Thursday at the South Ohio Community Centre and Friday at the administrative building in Hebron.
All start at 5:30 p.m.
