We are in for some hot and humid weather over the next couple of days.
Environment Canada has issued a heat warning for all of Nova Scotia.
Temperatures are expected to reach 29°C on Monday and Tuesday, but the humidity will make it feel more like 37 C in some areas.
There will not be much relief at night either, with lows on Monday night expected to be in the upper teens.
It will be a bit cooler if you live or work along the coast.
Environment Canada says you can reduce your heat risk by scheduling outdoor activities during the coolest part of the day.
Never leave anyone in a parked vehicle, particularly children or pets.
