An Annapolis Valley man will get the opportunity of a lifetime to pen a book on his childhood hero.
Matt Clairmont lives in New Minas and is a diehard fan of the Atlanta Braves and their former star outfielder David Justice.
Clairmont will co-author a one-of-a-kind true story which chronicles Justice’s inspiring and untold professional and personal journey.
He will work alongside Clubhouse Media Group, a social media firm and digital agency on the book.
“This project represents a lifelong passion for baseball and the human stories that come from success and failure in professional sports,” Clairmont said. “David Justice is a champion, a leader, and a star athlete who crafted an impressive career. I am overjoyed to play a role in sharing his compelling story.”
Justice played a key part in World Series runs by the Braves and Yankees.
The book is in its infancy stage, and there’s no specific timeline for its release.
