Good Morning !
I am an early riser and therefore Coffee is my daily starter, my one Coffee per day seems to be just fine for my daily routine, it’s poured at 4am and usually finished at 9am,, lol,, I know it seems like a long lasting Coffee and it is ! Some people prefer a hot Coffee a few times in the morning ” Nothing wrong with that either”.

A new study by Japanese researchers suggests caffeine helps competitive runners improve their performance. Study authors found that test subjects’ 100-meter sprint time was significantly shorter for athletes who took caffeine supplements. Compared to those who took placebos, caffeinated runners ran the 100 an average of 0.14 seconds faster.
