A transit service notice from the Town of Yarmouth for Friday and Saturday.
Transit service will run its normal schedule on Friday, Truth and Reconciliation Day.
Main Street will be closed to traffic between Jenkins Street and Cumberland Street for The Jstrong Fund Cup fundraising ball hockey tournament. The closure begins on Friday at 6:30 pm, ending Saturday at 6:30 pm.
As a result, the transit stop at Alma Square will be moved to the corner of Alma Street and First Street for the duration of this closure.
The town says if you use the Alma Square stop, please be sure to head to the alternate location for pickup during this time.
