The Yarmouth Chris Scott Construction 15U A Gateways won the 2022 Baseball Nova Scotia Tier 1 Provincial Championship in Petit-de-Grat over the weekend.
They won the championship game 12-5.
Sophie Thimot was offensive player of the tournament for her stellar pitching, and Sam Murphy was named tournament MVP.
In other action, The Yarmouth 11U AA Gateways hosted provincials at Mariners Field.
Seven teams took part.
New Glasgow edged Bridgewater 5-1 in the championship game.
