The fourth Lakeside Smallmouth Bass Club tournament was held this weekend at Raynard’s Lake.
It was the two day Superbass event in memory of Richard Hiltz and sponsored by “No Regrets Fisheries”.
First place winners were Shawn Nickerson and Joey Nickerson with 17.48lbs in catches. Rob Nickerson and Adam Russell came second with 15.92lbs and Dwayne Atwood and Dean Penney took third with 14.16lbs.
Mike Young caught the big bass with a weight of 3.54lbs.
A grand total of 230 bass were caught during the tournament for a total weight of 260.82lbs.
There were 24 teams that competed in the Superbass tournament.
