Results are in from Lakeside Smallmouth Bass Club’s second competition.
Thirty-one teams competed in the tournament at Ogden, Pete’s and Parr Lakes in Yarmouth County, Saturday.
First place winners are Jimmy Graham and Billy Symonds with 11.98 lbs in catches. John Armstrong and Clyde Lutz placed second with 9.29 lbs and Billy Nickerson and Jeff Keddy placed third with 9.04 lbs.
The Big Bass was caught by the team of Steven Watkins and Justin Pothier with a weight of 3.84 lbs.
A total of 125 smallmouth bass were caught for a total weight of 179.12 lbs.
This week’s competition was sponsored by Just In Time Construction. The next tournament will be held at Killiam’s Lake on July 9th.
