Good Morning !
The local Lobster season has come to an end for the year, fishers put in countless hours and their life on the line every day in this fishery. It’s a lucrative on in this area that drives our economy . The taste is unmistakable Maritime , those who like the taste of lobster LOVE it, there are those who turn their nose to the smell and taste of it. I am a true fan of eating Lobster, love the taste and smell, I’ll eat everything BUT the body, there is a substantial amount of meat in the body, I just can’t be bothered to go digging through it .

Just Remember Steaming OR Boiling there is a difference.

Now lets get to the Cream of it all!
In the mid 90’s while I was driving through Mane , I stopped at a few “Lobster places “.
I asked each place if they served Hot lobster Sandwich ?
At every place I stopped, the answer was No, what’s a Hot lobster Sandwich ?
Most places serve , Steamed , Lobster Pie , Lobster Bisk ( Smooth texture ) Lobster Chowder ( Thick and Chunky) .
Well this got me to laughing and feeling pretty special that Me, a born and raised Nova Scotian, Canadian knew something “They” did not.
At a few of the ” Lobster Places” I explained to the best of my ability how to make a Hot Lobster Sandwich.
I told them of a Cook and restaurant owner ( Now ,The Late )” Clara Harris ” ( The Former ) Harris’s Quick And Tasty.
She is Credited for Creating The Hot Lobster Sandwich ” Thank You ”

Many people I have talked to regarding Hot Lobster , don’t seem to use Vinegar .
