Due to a stabbing incident overnight, Hwy. 1 in #Weymouth between the Irving Gas Station and Hwy. 340 is currently closed. Hwy. 1 is expected to be closed for several hours as police investigate. Please avoid the area to allow officers to do their work.
One person has been arrested and remains in custody. Victim suffered serious injuries and was transported to hospital. Further details will be released as they become available.
