It’s girls night out!! Happening this week I talked about a guy who just parked his car in a strangers driveway and then left for a vacation. It’s also national let’s laugh day!! Go ahead and ask your smart phone to tell you a joke!! I also talked about Disney’s new menu item which is a dessert pasta made with peanut butter, jelly, brown sugar streusel, and strawberry pop rocks…Would you ever try something like this? Also I have a new TV show (Is it cake?), cocktail (Tequila Sunrise), recipe (Kelly’s Chipotle Salad), and food for thought (To “snirtle” means to laugh with snorts.) for this week. Cheers!!

COCKTAIL OF THE WEEK: TEQUILA SUNRISE
How to make:
Step 1: Squeeze some grenadine into the bottom of the glass and then in either a cocktail shaker or separate glass mix together 2oz of tequila, 1/2oz triple sec, orange juice, splash of lemon juice and ice.
Step 2: Slowly pour mixture into the glass with the grenadine add more ice if you need and top with a maraschino cherry.
Ingredients:
- Grenadine
- Tequila
- Triple Sec
- Orange Juice
- Maraschino Cherry
- Ice
- Lemon Juice
RECIPE OF THE WEEK: KELLY’S CHIPOTLE SALAD
How to make:
Step 1: Make a grilled or crispy chicken breast whatever you prefer and bacon.
Step 2: Add lettuce, carrot shreds, cabbage shreds, and cucumbers to a bowl or container.
Step 3: Next to make the dressing combine 1/2 cup fat free sour cream, 1/2 cup mayo, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons dried dill, pinch of salt, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 teaspoon lime juice, 3-4 tablespoons of water (just add enough that it is dressing consistency), dash of pepper, and chipotle seasoning.
Step 4: Add chicken breast, bacon, cheese and salad dressing to your bowl or container.
Step 5: Mix it up and enjoy!!
