There’s lots going on in the Tri-Counties to keep the kids busy over March Break.
In Yarmouth, there will be swims at Mariners On Main on Monday and Wednesday, a free Skate at Mariners Centre on Tuesday and Thursday and an hour of bowling from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday.
Registration can be done by phoning Yarmouth Recreation, or by visiting their Facebook page.
In Digby, there will be free public skates all week with different themes each day and prize giveaways. There’s also going to be free bowling Monday at the bowling alley, cooking classes for kids Tuesday and Wednesday and a craft camp Thursday at the curling club.
Anyone interested in the cooking and craft programs can sign up through the Digby Area Recreation website.
There will also be public skates every day in Shelburne. There’ll be family activities at the Shelburne Regional High School gym Tuesday, gym time for older kids Wednesday and a nine hole minigolf course that will be set up at the gym Thursday.
