It’s Saturday night again and that means that Kelly and I are back with a cocktail recipe, food recipe, food for thought fact of the week as well as our tv show of the week! We also talked about catching your partner cheating, sleeping in on weekends, weird food combinations (one of them actually sounds pretty good). We also got another email asking for some advice from us and from you and this one is about a wedding!

RECIPE OF THE WEEK: CASSANDRA’S BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN BITES
INGREDIENTS:
Boneless/skinless chicken breasts
Bacon
Brown sugar
Chili powder
Cayenne pepper
Salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet pan with foil and place a cooling rack on top. Generously coat the rack with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle the chicken with a little salt to taste; wrap a slice of bacon around each chicken cube and secure with a toothpick. Dredge the wrapped chicken in the brown sugar mixture. Place the chicken pieces on the rack and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crisp. Serve immediately and force yourself to share!
