The Municipality of Barrington’s offices are currently closed to the public after a suspicious package arrived.
In a tweet, the RCMP say they are at the Barrington municipal building investigating a suspicious package containing a suspected chemical irritant.
The RCMP have confirmed to our newsroom the package is still on site.
They say the building is closed to the public at this time and are asking people to avoid the area.
