A 15 year old boy was lost in the woods last night in Shelburne County.
RCMP say they received a report of a missing person in Sandy Point around 7 p.m.
They learned the boy had gone for a hike earlier in the day and became lost.
Ground Search and Rescue teams and the local fire department began the search for the boy.
He was located shortly after 1 a.m.
The youth was transported out of the woods and turned over the EHS for assessment.
