Nova Scotia Health is advising the public of paving work taking place tomorrow at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital.
Paving work will take place on the main entrance driveway, off Vancouver Street. The driveway will be blocked while the work is underway.
Drivers coming to the hospital will need to use the driveway leading to Building C, the old Yarmouth Hospital. There’ll be paving work happening around Building C as well and drivers are asked to use caution.
Nova Scotia Health is asking the public to follow the direction of any signage and respect all barriers and traffic control personnel.
Patients and approved visitors coming to Yarmouth Regional Hospital must enter the hospital through the North-front main entrances only:
- North Main Entrance – Building A by Admitting/Registration.
- Rehab / Day Surgery Entrance – Building C. Doors are open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and locked evenings, weekends and holidays.
Patients and approved visitors are asked to park in the North-front parking lot, closest to Vancouver Street, or the Grove Road parking lot. The rear-south entrance doors, closest to Yarmouth Harbour, are locked, and only accessible to staff and physicians.
