Parade Street
Work is progressing on the Parade St. sewer separation project in Yarmouth.
Parade St. between Main St. and First St. will be closed beginning Monday, July 26th for fine grading work, followed by paving.
It’s expected the work will take two weeks to complete.
In an update, the town says they have made progress breaking through rock to replace the old sewer and water lines.
Sanitary sewer, storm lines and water lines between First St. and Willow St. have almost been completely installed. Curbing has also started in that area.
The town says that section of Parade St. will reopen in the near future.
