Nova Scotia could get hit by tropical storm Elsa by the end of the week.
The system is making landfall in Cuba on Monday before moving on to Florida and the Carolinas.
Elsa is expected to pack a punch consisting of heavy rain, wind and big waves.
However, its path could shift between now and then but most models show our province will not escape unscathed.
It’s expected we’ll see the unpleasant weather starting on Friday.
