Nova Scotia is reporting five new cases of COVID-19 and six recoveries.
All of the cases are in Central Zone. Two are related to travel, two are close contacts and one is under investigation.
One of the cases was reported Wednesday, June 23, and is connected to Joseph Howe Elementary in Halifax.
There is limited community spread in Central Zone. Eastern, Northern and Western Zones continue to be closely monitored for community spread.
Nova Scotia has 59 active cases of COVID-19.
Nearly 830,000 people have had their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine roughly 130,000 have received their second dose.
