One of my all time favorite meals has to be fish and chips. It’s an Atlantic Canadian favorite and I’m sure I’m not the only one that loves it! In my opinion my Grandfather makes the best fish and chips in the world. I think his secret is using a really old deep fryer but whatever it is, it’s great! He makes his in a batter but I know others prefer it breaded.
There are a ton of places all over the Tri Counties and Nova Scotia that make great fish and chips. Some restaurants though are known for their great tasting dish and their unique way of making this classic meal. I’m on the hunt for the best fish and chips place in the Tri Counties! 5/8 CUP FLOUR
1/2 CUP CORN STARCH
1 TSP SUGAR
1 TSP SALT
¼ TSP BAKING POWDER
¼ TSP BAKING SODA
¼ TSP ONION POWDER
¼ TSP PAPRIKA
LITTLE PEPPER
SMALL CAN OF CLUB SODA
