A new case of COVID-19 is being reported in the Yarmouth, Shelburne and Digby community health network.
The origin of the case has not been released. There are now five active cases of COVID-19 in the Tri-county area.
The new case is one of three cases announced today in the Western Zone.
67 new cases of COVID-19 were reported province wide this morning. There are now 589 active infections, however the province has stated there is a backlog of 45,000 tests waiting to be processed.
