Another somber anniversary for many Nova Scotians.
It’s the one-year anniversary of a Cyclone helicopter crash that killed six Canadian Forces members while on a NATO training mission.
.
The crash happened on April 29, 2020 in the Mediterranean as the chopper was making its way back to HMCS Fredericton in the Ionian Sea.
We mark the 1st anniversary of the crash of the helicopter, call sign “Stalker 22”, on 29 Apr ’20, while deployed on HMCS FREDERICTON.
