The Tri County Betterment Association presented a $50,000 cheque toward the 5th annual We Care Radiothon on February 4th, 2020.
An overwhelming success for the 5th annual Yarmouth Hospital Foundation We Care Radiothon.
The radiothon was held on Thursday.
Community members and businesses donated nearly $180,000 this year – at last count, it was $179,361 and rising.
This years funds will go towards Critical Equipment Needs For the Operating Rooms at Yarmouth Regional Hospital.
In five years, the We Care Radiothon has raised more than $600,000.
