One of the men accused of killing Colton Cook will return to court at the beginning of next month.
Wayne Crawford was back in court Friday and will return to court on February 1st.
Crawford has been charged with second degree murder and interference with human remains.
He has yet to have a preliminary hearing date set.
Keith Siscoe, who was charged with accessory after the fact to murder, will also return to court on February first. Robert Rogers, who is also accused of killing Cook, will return to court on the second.
RCMP issued a release on Sunday, September 27th, stating Cook hadn’t been seen since the Friday previous.
His remains were found on September 30th near the intersection of Saunders Road and Raynardton Road in South Ohio.
