A new group is acquiring Murray Dodge’s location in Yarmouth.
Bruce Auto Group, a Nova Scotia family-owned chain of eight dealerships, will be acquiring the Yarmouth Murray Dodge location effective today.
President of the group, Justin Barker, explained why the company, which already owns Bruce Honda in Yarmouth, is expanding in the town.
“We try to be a great community minded organization,” said Barker. “We’re excited to give opportunities to people to grow inside our organization. We’re big on training, we’re big on career path development.”
Barker says no big changes are expected at the Murray Dodge.
“We’ve been looking to expand in the Yarmouth market for well over a year,” said Barker. “It’s a great market. We currently have a Honda store so we’ve been looking to add to our stores in that market.”
