The Department of Health and Wellness announced 16 new cases of COVID-19 Wednesday, all in the Central Zone.
The brings the provincial total up to 102 active infections.
In the meantime, with rising COVID-19 numbers throughout the former Atlantic travel bubble, Atlantic University Sport has announced it is cancelling regular and postseason play, as well as all conference championships, for the remainder of the 2020-21 season.
