The Department of Health and Wellness has announced eleven new COVID-19 cases, all in the province’s Central Zone.
Officials say eight are connected to previously reported cases, and three are under investigation.
One was found in a batch of tests from a rapid COVID-19 screening program set up for all bar staff in downtown Halifax this weekend.
There are 51 active infections provincewide.
Premier Stephen McNeil has announced no changes to the bubble in the province, despite changes to the Atlantic bubble in other provinces, but has joined other Atlantic Premiers in asking all residents to avoid anything but essential travel.
