A Liverpool man has been arrested after being found in the possession of child pornography.
RCMP say 83-year-old Lauren McKiel was arrested after police were given information on child pornography possession by the National Child Exploitation Crime Centre.
Police say the RCMP’s ICE unit searched a home in Liverpool on November 13, where McKiel was arrested at the residence without incident.
McKiel faces charges of possession of child pornography, and was released on conditions.
He is expected to return to Bridgewater Provincial Court on December 16th.
