Voting is open in the Municipality of the District of Argyle.
The Municipality provided some early turnout info on facebook yesterday (Wed).
So far, 63 people have cast a vote in District 1 – an 8.1% turnout.
The district is a two-way race between Danny Muise and Doreen Frotten.
District 2, with Ted Saulnier and Raymond Tabb challenging incumbent Roderick Murphy Jr., has a 6.7% turnout rate so far with 54 votes cast.
In District 3, Gordon Boudreau, Kristen Leblanc, Verna Wirth are all vying for a seat at council.
59 voters have cast a ballot, for a 7.2% turnout.
District 5 is an active one, 14.7% turnout with 130 votes cast.
Malcolm Madden is challenging incumbent Nicole Albright in the district.
In District 6, Richard Donaldson and Craig Prouty go head-to-head.
12% of voters have cast a ballot for 84 votes so far.
A two-way race between incumbent Calvin d’Entremont and Susanne d’Eon in District 9 with 61 votes cast for 9.5% turnout.
Voters have until October 17th at 7 pm to cast their ballot.
