It’s another day without a positive COVID-19 test in Nova Scotia, the eighth in a row.
Every one of the 505 tests completed by the QEII Health Sciences Centre’s microbiology lab yesterday (Tuesday) were negative, for a total of 49,775.
There are still two active cases, both in the hospital, and one in the ICU, while 997 cases are considered resolved.
There have been 1061 positive test results and 62 deaths in the province so far.
With the trend toward little to no cases, the Premier is encouraging people to get out and enjoy the weather and the sights around the province, while still obeying Public Health protocols.
