Nova Scotia now has 1051 confirmed cases of COVID-19 after one more was identified yesterday.
So far the province has seen 38,458 negative test results, and fifty-eight deaths, with fifty-two of them occurring at the Northwood long-term care home in Halifax, which is now the only long-term care home with active cases, twelve residents and four staff.
There are six people in the hospital, three of those in Intensive Care, and 974 people have recovered, meaning there are nineteen active cases in the province.
Late last week, Public Health extended the list of symptoms to look for and now a person only needs one of them to qualify for a test.
