Everyone seems to be staying pretty close to home lately which is a great thing. It is the only way to protect everyone and ourselves. There are however things that you can do if you ARE feeling well and want to get some fresh air! Hiking or going for walks are a great way to pass the time and keep your mind and body healthy in this stationary time!
As I said if you are feeling ok but still are practicing social distancing or self isolation it is alright to go out into nature as long as you stay away from people! Even if it is just down the road or on a trail a walk will sometimes do wonders for your mental health and your overall well being.
