The president of the Yarmouth Seafest committee is stepping down.
David Outhouse says a change in career prompted his decision.
“I don’t feel that I’m going to be able to give near as much as I need to in order to keep maintaining as quality president.’
Outhouse says his last four years as president have been great, with some ups and downs but says Seafest is one of the best events in the area.
“All of our volunteers, Student members, other board members, they’ve all been very supportive of me.”
Outhouse says he’ll continue with his involvement in organizing this year’s Pub Crawl and will help with Seafest in whatever capacity he can.
