Nova Scotia RCMP have released their latest drunk driving stats.
Throughout the month of July 160 people were charged with impaired related offences.
Seventy-five drivers were charged for being impaired by alcohol and 11 for drug impairment.
RCMP has 250 members trained related to drug-impaired driving, 33 of whom are Drug Recognition Experts.
They’re asking people to help keep the province’s highway safe by calling 9-1-1 if they see anyone driving in an unsafe or unusual way.
RCMP will ask where you are, the make, model, colour and license plate number of the vehicle, which direction it is travelling and any description you can provide of the driver.
