The emergency department at Roseway Hospital will shut down at 6 p.m. today (Aug 14) and re-open Thursday night at 8:00. (Aug. 15)
The Nova Scotia Health Authority says the closure is due to lack of physician coverage.
10 of 37 emergency departments are closing for all, or part, of this week, half of those due to doctor shortages.
