The Town of Yarmouth has awarded the contract for the prime consultant for Phase 1 of the Yarmouth Ferry Terminal Redevelopment.
CBCL Limited based in Halifax was hired after several submissions were evaluated.
The company will begin initial work soon including detailed design, testing, and inspections with major construction and demolition beginning this fall.
Phase 1 of the ferry terminal is scheduled for completion by the fall of 2021.
A Project Kick-Off Event will take place on Friday at 2:30 at the Ferry Terminal.
