The first image from the movie The Lighthouse has been released.
A photo of actors Willem Dafoe and Robert Pattinson, in character, standing in front of the movie set lighthouse was released by distributor A24.
The company described the movie as a “fantasy horror story set in the world of old sea-faring myths.”
The movie was hot on 35mm black and white film on location at Cape Forchu last year.
A24 says the movie, by “The Witches” director Robert Eggers, will make it’s debut at the Cannes 2019 Directors’ Fortnight lineup next month.
No date has been given for it’s North American theatre opening.
