RCMP divers are searching a lake in Western Nova Scotia for missing person.
Meteghan RCMP responded to a distress call at Barrio Lake in Digby County around 10 a.m. Saturday.
RCMP Cpl. Jennifer Clarke says two men, in the lake in a canoe, had fallen out and were calling for help.
One man was rescued by searchers and volunteer firefighters who used boats to search the lake.
They were not able to find the second man and the RCMP Underwater Recovery Team was unsuccessful in locating him yesterday.
They are back at the scene today.
