You’re being asked to ‘stuff it’ Saturday December 2nd.
Stuff an ambulance full of groceries, that is.
Emergency Health Services will be holding its annual ‘Stuff An Ambulance Food Drive”.
It will take place at the Yarmouth Superstore from 11am to 3pm.
Marlo Nickerson-Hicks, a paramedic from Pubnico, has been organizing the EHS drive in Yarmouth for 11 years now.
She says people have been very generous.
“It keeps getting better year after year. Monetary donations, food donations. It’s pretty impressive to see how the community gets together and pulls it off every year.
Nickerson-Hicks says the EHS mascot ‘Bearamedic’ will be at the Superstore handing out treats for the kids.
