It’s time to find out which businesses are the best that tourism in Yarmouth and Acadian Shores has to offer.
Tonight the fifth annual ‘Best of YAS Awards’ will be presented.
The online contest determines who has the best burger, cafe, poutine, customer service and much more.
YASTA General Manager Neil MacKenzie says it began as a way to showcase what our region has to offer, and entries have increased over the years.
“The intent of the awards was to celebrate the investment that our tourism operators and businesses are making in tourism. Let’s award them for their efforts and their investments and the risks they take everyday to grow tourism. We’re really pleased that the awards are still going and that that they’re growing.”
The ‘Best of YAS Awards’ evening begins at 6:30 at Murray GM who have been a sponsor of the event.
