Thirty-two year-old Nicholas Ashton Mullen of Pembroke has been charged following a shooting early Saturday Morning.
Mullen is facing charges following an incident which has left a 38-year-old man in hospital with life-threatening injuries as a result of being shot.
Mullen has been charged with the following offences:
· Attempted Murder with a Firearm
· Careless Use of a Firearm
· Pointing a Firearm
· Discharging a Firearm with Intent
He has been remanded in to custody and will appear in Yarmouth Provincial Court 9:30 November 6.
The investigation is continuing.
