In a news release RCMP say they were able to avert crimes in Kingston and Annapolis Royal.
Police say on the evening of June 22, Kingston RCMP received information that individuals were planning to commit break and enters and armed robberies into a residence and businesses.
As a result of a traffic stop, RCMP say they located the suspects who were arrested without incident.
A search of the vehicle turned up a replica pistol, a knife, bandanas, and breaking and entering tools.
20-year-old Joel Andre Gaudet of Church Point is charged with Conspiring or Planning to Commit a Robbery, Conspiring or Planning to Commit a Break and Enter, Possessing Instruments or Tools for the Purpose of Breaking into a Place, two counts of Possessing a Weapon Dangerous to the Public Peace and two counts of Failing to Comply with Probation.
23-year-old Kaileyne Laura Anne Thomas also of Church Point, charged with Conspiring or Planning to Commit a Robbery, Conspiring or Planning to Commit a Break and Enter, Possessing Instruments or Tools for the Purpose of Breaking into a Place, and two counts of Possessing a Weapon Dangerous to the Public Peace.
Logan Cromwell of Hilltown, who is 18, is charged with Conspiring or Planning to Commit a Robbery, Conspiring or Planning to Commit a Break and Enter, Possessing Instruments or Tools for the Purpose of Breaking into a Place, and two counts of Possessing a Weapon Dangerous to the Public Peace.
They were scheduled to appear in Kentville Provincial Court today.
RCMP say their investigation is ongoing.
