The Yarmouth ‘Bean There, Ran That’ Marathon was held Sunday.
11 people ran the full marathon.
37 year old John Lackner came in first place with a time at just under three hours and 27 minutes.
Paul MacNeil was second place at four hours, 10 minutes and 50 seconds, and Janet Watson came in third with a time of four hours, 33 minutes and 54 seconds.
In the Relay Marathon, the team of Arthur Doucette, Shawn Hopkins, Andrew Pace and Rhonda Cook had the best time at four hours, three minutes and 46 seconds, just beating out the three person team of Mark Hubbard, Chad Brannen and Liz Boudreau by 38 seconds.
In the Half Marathon, Matthew White came in first place at just under an hour and 21 minutes.
Bryan Hipson was fastest in the 10k at 36 minutes and 34 seconds, Jessica Needham had the best time in the 5k at 20:54 and 11 year old Callum Cunningham was the top racer in the 12 and under 5k with a time just over 26 minutes.
The event was a fundraiser for the Yarmouth Hospital Kidney Dialysis unit.
