A great end to the season for the Southwest Fusion U14 girls volleyball team.
They won a silver medal at U14 Atlantic Nationals in Halifax over the weekend.
It was a 32 team 3 Tier tournament with clubs from Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Ontario.
The Fusion went 3-0 in the preliminary round, then 2-1 in the power pool round, which placed them in Tier 2.
Facing elimination after two losses, they won their quarterfinal match and then defeated the 2017 NS champs, Armview Storm Bright to earn a spot in the final.
The Fusion fell short to the NFLD Seahawks Elite team.
The team was coached by Shawn and Daniel Muise.
