The 2017 NSSAF Yarmouth/Shelburne Track and Field Districts were held at Ecole Secondaire de Par-en-Bas yesterday and Monday.
Track athletes from Yarmouth High, Maple Grove, Par-en-Bas, Barrington High, Drumlin Heights, Shelburne High and Lockeport took part.
District banners were given out to schools with the most points in each of the six divisions.
Yarmouth High won both the Senior Boys and Girls banners, Barrington High took the Intermediate Boys banner. Par-en-Bas won the Intermediate Girls, while Maple Grove took both the Junior Girls and Boys.
Congrats to the senior boys and girls track team. They both captured the district banners . All athletes did well.

The top four athletes in each track event and the top five in each field event will move onto Regionals.
That will be held at Acadia University next Thursday and Friday.
