Three men face charges following a break and enter in Liverpool earlier this month.
RCMP determined a rock was used to smash the window of a convenience store on Old Port Mouton Road on May first, but the men didn’t enter the shop.
Corporal Jennifer Clarke says the suspects were caught with the help of video surveillance and old-fashioned police work.
“It’s certainly a crime that we hear about often and it’s a very personal thing that happens to your home, your property – anything like that. So it’s a real success for us to be able to arrest and charge people for break and enter, particularly in a small community.”
Austin J. Schnare and Cody Alan Moore of Liverpool and Austin James Douglas Bruhm of New Germany, have all been charged with Break and Enter to a Business and Wearing a Disguise while Committing an Indictable Offence.
They’re scheduled to appear in Bridgewater Provincial Court on July 12.
