Five of Southwest Fusion’s Volleyball teams participated in provincial championships this past weekend.
The 13 and under girls placed 5th.
Two 16 and under girls teams participated in Tier two division.
16U-Claudette came in first place and 16U-Monique in 5th.
The 18 and Under girls’ team participated in the Tier 1 division and came in 5th.
The 16 and under boys team came in second.
Four other Fusion teams will be participating in the provincial championships this coming weekend, two 14 and under girls’ teams, a 14 and under boys and 18 and under boys.
Two of the club’s teams, one of the 14U girls’ and the 16U boys will also be participating in the National competitions in the month of May, the girls in the Atlantic Nationals in Halifax and the boys in the Eastern Nationals in Waterloo, Ontario.
