The 2017 Boston Marathon took place yesterday.
Over 100 Nova Scotians took part in the full race.
The only runner from Yarmouth, Bobby-Lou Reardon ran it in four hours, ten minutes and 43 seconds.
Reardon was in the female 50-54 category.
The winner of the men’s race was Geoffrey Kiru, and the women’s race was won by Edna Kiplagat.
